SVIS celebrated the “International Yoga Day” on 21 June 2021,, Teachers, students joined the session virtually with much fervour and enthusiasm. Since the theme for the year is ‘Yoga from Home and Yoga with Family’, Parents of SVIS also joined the session with same excitement and joy. All the participants enthusiastically followed instructions and practised various asanas and pranayama excercises.

Learning ‘Yoga’ at an early age can have lasting and immense benefits on the overall health and well-being of the student.
